At CCU, we believe that even the smallest nonprofit organization should have the capacity and ability to compete in a market that is crowded with requests for financial and volunteer support. We have come to recognize that it is the smallest of nonprofit organizations who must work the hardest to sustain themselves. Faith-based and smaller nonprofit organizations quite often operate from a standard of practice, in which they take each day as it comes with the goal of getting the work done. This practice, however, is met with surmountable financial, staffing, and operating challenges. These challenges, at times, prevent these organizations from providing the best comprehensive support to the community and the clients they serve.
At CCU, we have consistently provided individual nonprofit organizations with objective, current and creative options for growing and sustaining their capacity to serve. We have also assisted in developing long-term solutions that address changing factors in the community and challenges that arise in various sectors of their day to day organizational operations.
At CCU, we continue the standards of “best practices” in nonprofit management. With the proper coaching and tools implemented, each nonprofit organization, no matter how small, can achieve their individual goals, and realize their growth for long-term sustainability.
